Overview:

PILOT2 is a pragmatic, easy to handle and manageable systematization and thinking for the dynamic, strategic adjustment and approach towards a progressive company.

It was created with the help and experience in project management of XMC and is continually adjusted to the conditions of the market.

This tools implements a systematic procedure in the approach to a holistic view of the processes.
