At XMC we mostly work together with logistics professionals, engineers, business economists, industrial engineers and IT business engineers. Nevertheless we are interested in expanding into further disciplines.

Due to our close relationship with the universities of Bochum, Neuss and Hamm we are especially interested in educating young academics. Inherently there is the possibility for students to write their thesis in a practical context or gain practical experience in the consulting business.
Student assistants / interns / practical semester
For the support of our team we continually need the help of student assistants and interns from university who want to gain first business experience in the context of management consulting, logistics and research in an interesting and challenging environment.
